Full Planning
This service includes our helping you design and plan your event, starting with a Visual Mood Board to make sure we are in agreement for the overall design of your event. Events by Katelyn will execute that design and make sure all the details of your event are going according to plan.

Design and Decorating
If you don't need a full planner for your event, we can help you come up with the theme and design of your event. I will send you the Visual Mood Board, and we go from there! Day of, we will be there to set up decor, and take down when it's over.

Pick your own decor
If you are a DIY master, and want to make the decor for your event, or you enjoy decor shopping and want to pick it out yourself, you can hire us to come pick up your decor and set it up for you at your venue! This is a great way to be stress free and take your time getting ready! We will send you progress pictures throughout the setup process.

At Events by Katelyn, we offer comprehensive event and wedding planning services to help make your day unforgettable. Our full planning package includes everything from venue selection to vendor coordination, ensuring that every detail is taken care of with professionalism and care.

If you've already started planning your event but need help bringing everything together, our partial planning package is the perfect solution. We'll work with you to fill in the gaps and ensure that everything runs smoothly on your special day.

Day-Of Wedding Coordination
For those who have everything planned but need someone to make sure things run smoothly on the day of the wedding, we offer day-of wedding coordination services. We'll make sure everything is set up according to plan and handle any issues that arise so you can relax and enjoy your special day.
Starting at $850 - includes all day coordination until the venue is closed down.

This box has everything you need to decorate your party without the stress of decor shopping, and without the added expense of hiring a decorator to set it up for you. You can choose from a customized box based on your theme, or you can choose a box that has already been put together!
